Anna Zakaria-Executive Director
Anna is a people person. She's also a good judge of character. This makes her the woman to go to for all your management needs. From applications to enquiries and public relations, Anna's calm, matter-of-fact attitude can handle all the work for you! She graduated with MBA in Facilities Management and is a registered property manager with Board of Valuers, Appraisals Estate Agents and Property MANAGERS (BOVEAP).
James Chan-Executive Director
James has 25 experience with all types of property. From condominiums and apartments to luxury estates, he knows that your home is important to you. He's a Registered and licensed Property Manager with BOVEAP , a jack-of-all-trades and can help you manage anything from property management and maintenance to bookkeeping and legal compliance.

Tina Ting-Executive Director
- Tina Ting holds a degree in Business Administration. She has more than 30 years of experience in the property sector and is a Property Manager registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisals, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVEAP). She has extensive work experience with listed property developers in Malaysia overseeing the property management sector. She is passionate on improving and striving to instill values into property management. She is also well versed in various aspects of property management including township, high-rise buildings, landed strata, andcommercials.
M. Letchumanan-General Manager, PMgr
- Mr. M.Letchumanan is our General Manager based in the Kuching site office. He possessed a Diploma in Building Facilities Maintenance and Management. He has more than 30 years of experience in the Property Management and Facilities Management industry. He is also a registered Property Manager under the Board of Valuers, Appraisals, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVEAP), a Registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Property and Facility Managers (MIPFM), the Malaysia Shopping Malls Association (PPK Malaysia) and also a Registered Probationary Member with the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM). He has also worked with some of the established conglomerate companies in Malaysia overseeing the property management sector of the Stratified Property Management.
Nor Syafiqah-Building Manager
Cik Syafiqah is a graduate of UITM Shah Alam specializing in Estate Management. Before joining Ideas Property Management Sdn. Bhd, she was managing a reputable leisure mall under a listed developer. She was actively involved in operations, social and community services and has gained a lot of recognition and support from both the owners and tenants. Her efforts in enhancing the vibrancy of the retail segment of the stratified integrated development bore fruit through her fervent commitment in successfully organizing events covering festive, awareness campaigns, sales, community activities and other relevant programmes beneficial to the property.

Mohd Fadzli-Building Manager
Encik Fadzli is a graduate with UTM Skudai Johor majoring in Business Administration. Prior to joining Ideas Property Management Sdn. Bhd., he was managing a shopping mall and he also has vast experience in running the operations of stratified residential and commercial buildings.
He has worked with a listed developer company for over 10 years and has assisted with establishing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Operation during his working tenure there. His profile of customers include Joint Management Bodies and Management Corporations of high rise stratified properties.
Chen Kok Yew-Technical Manager
Chen Kok Yew is a Registered A4 Chargeman and is involved in all the building audits on M & E services. He has over 20 years of experience in this field and he manages the overall technical maintenance operations for all the residential and commercial sites. He oversees and checks to ensure all technical maintenance works and disposal processes follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provides technical advice on new sites.
