In this role, you'll be in charge of managing and coordinating building maintenance personnel and service contractors, supervising the upkeep, safety, and operations of the building facilities, conducting routine inspections to verify compliance with environmental, health, and safety standards, and quickly addressing any questions or concerns from tenants and owners. You will also be in charge of keeping an eye on building maintenance schedules and handling repair requests, making sure local laws and corporate policies are followed, creating and managing budgets for building operations, and working with other departments and outside service providers to maintain smooth building operations.
What you bring:
*Diploma or degree in Property/Building Management, Facilities Management, or any related field.
*1-3 years of proven experience in building or property management.
*Strong knowledge of building systems, safety standards, and maintenance protocols.
*Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle tenant relations.
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
*[Optional] Certification in fire safety or building maintenance is an added advantages.

You will also coordinate communications, handle inquiries, and support team members with various projects.
What you bring:
*Diploma/SPM qualification with 1-2 years of experience in admin field
*Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management software
In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, keeping accurate records of service reports and equipment status, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
What you bring:
*Competency certificate in electrical and /or any technical aspect
*Prior working experiences are desirable
*Willingly to learn new skills
